Bodywork techniques may include Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromusclar Therapy, Sports Massage, and a variety of stretching techniques.  

Other specialty massage techniques, including Prenatal Massage and Reflexology, may be available upon request and consultation.  (Extra fees may apply)

Add-ons, including aromatherapy and ice massage, may be available upon request.  (Extra fees may apply)

 

Chair Massage is available to book for your next Corporate Wellness Meeting or Special Event!  A $25 non-refundable booking fee will secure your date and time. Full pricing is negotiable based on number of participants or length of needed availability for event.  Contact me for details.
