Hi there!  My name is Tami Bister.  I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the Saint Johns, Florida area and I am ready to meet you and begin working with you to reach your goals for full body and mind relaxation and restoration!  I have over 10 years of experience in massage and bodywork.  Along with my Massage credentials and education, I hold a B.S. degree in Exercise Science, where my area of study was in Athletic Training. 

I have a profound respect for the human body and how wonderfully made we all are.  I enjoy using my knowledge of Kinesiology (how the body moves) along with my awe for the Creator of it, to find the best ways to help others.  We will work together to find the modalities and techniques that will serve you best and reach your goals to rest, relax, repair... and Restore!

I come to your home with everything we need for a 60, 90, or 120 minute session. We will discuss your wellness needs and design a treatment specifically for you, to address all your aches, pains, and stress related concerns!
