Hours And Scheduling

All Massage Sessions are by appointment only.  
Standard Hours of availability are Monday-Friday 9 AM-2 PM
Evening and Weekend sessions are limited at this time, but may be available upon request.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $25 cancelation fee of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.  (Some exceptions may apply, please contact to make rebooking or for special considerations)

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
 
Illness
It is the responsibility of the both parties to disclose any illness that could put themselves or the Massage Therapist at risk of exposure to contagions.  Any fever, vomiting, or otherwise compromising symptoms within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment must be disclosed.  Special cancelation and re-booking considerations will be made under these circumstances.  

Special Considerations for In-Home Massage
Due to the nature of the on location massage, I will need to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to actual appointment time for set up and consult.  Please allow for this in your scheduling.  I will do everything possible to begin our hands on time, on time.  If our session is started late due to limited accessibility for set up time, it may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.  If the session is shortened for this reason, regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be ready to start on time.
